Meet The Expert

Eva Goulbourne is a recognized food systems leader with 17+ years of experience driving global food and agriculture solutions to address the climate crisis. As CEO of Littlefoot Ventures, she helps nonprofits, philanthropists, and mission-driven organizations accelerate their programmatic and fundraising strategies for maximum impact. A founding team member of ReFED, Eva helped establish the nonprofit as the food loss and waste leader that it is today. Previously, she worked at the World Economic Forum, advancing global food and agriculture initiatives. Eva has served as Board President of the Upcycled Food Foundation, where she led consumer engagement efforts and was a key architect in the sale of the Upcycled Certified program to a publicly traded company. She is also a Venture Partner at Farmhand Ventures, a $10M fund focused on transforming agricultural labor to improve conditions for farmworkers and address the industry’s labor crisis. A recognized industry expert, Eva has spoken at 30+ global conferences and earned honors such as the Waste360 Changemaker Award, “Most Influential CEO” (CEO Monthly), and Top Women in Food & Ag (Trellis). She is an active member of IMAGINE, Google’s Food Lab, and the National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers.
